I began my yoga practice over 20 years ago. My love of yoga and the benefits it provides led me to undergo a comprehensive 200-hour training program. I chose the RYT registered Rishi Institute in Calabasas, CA, to become a certified instructor. I learned more than expected during my training. We studied an anatomy book that medical students use, and we were required to do presentations and essays on assigned muscular-skeletal structures. I completed my training and became a certified instructor in 2008.

I also became a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and NESTA in 2013. The programs helped deepen my understanding of anatomy. This allows me to create even better yoga routines; as well as sessions for my personal training clients.

I practice and teach Vinyasa style of yoga, in which the breath and poses are linked together to create a beautiful flowing practice. I look forward to helping you begin your journey of health and optimal wellness today!
